Giving Back, May 2008-
We are blessed and grateful on a daily basis for our customers, friends in the industry and in the sport. We have been given the opportunity to give back to the community and friends who have given us so much. On February 14th, 2008, Pete Williams was taken from us at the young age of 31. His untimely death leaves behind a 5 yr. old son and a wonderful wife, Donna. We have gladly accepted the opportunity to reach out to this family in their time of need and would like to invite you to do the same. There will be a benefit pool tournament, raffle and silent auction in Pete's honor at Greenfields Sports Bar (see Links Page for their website/directions) on May 24th, 2008. The tournament is open to everyone and sign ups begin at 11 a.m. play begins at 12 noon. We are asking for donations of money, gift certificates and products that we can auction to benefit the family. A trust fund is planned for Pete's son and any money, donations and/or gift certificates will be given to the family. Come join us in celebration of Pete's life and the sport he loved. If you have any questions or would like to make a donation anonymously, please contact Woody via email or by phone and we would be happy to act as a liason.
